Both promotions are now available in all seven legal bet365 states: Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Jersey, Ohio and Virginia. Wagering with bet365

Los Angeles Chargers (+128) vs. Las Vegas Raiders (-152)

The Chagers take on the Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Thursday night in a fight for the second to last in the division.

LA’s Justin Herbert is out for the rest of the season with a broken finger and Vegas’ Josh Jacobs will miss this one with a quad injury.

Herbert has been inconsistent this season but the Chargers are definitely better on offense with him under center. Somewhat similarly, the Raiders have additional skilled running backs who can carry the load but Jacobs has helped open up some lanes for the offense with his downhill running style, and will be missed.

Austin Ekeler will definitely be getting more reps with Herbert out and a relatively untested Easton Stick under center and he’s a solid bet for the over on rushing yards in this one. Most books have him at 46.5 in this one. The Raiders rushing defense hasn’t been great and, with the added attempts, Ekeler will be able to best that number.

The Raiders have scored 18 points or less five times already this season and it’s likely that will be a factor again in this one. New coach Antonio Pierce has the defense playing well over the past five games, ranking 13th in DVOA which measures team success or opponent’s success based on the down and distance of each play.

It’s still not entirely clear whether Jimmy G or Aidan O’Connell will get the start for the Raiders but whoever is under center will have their work cut out for them.

In addition to all these, the vast majority — 79 percent — of Thursday night games since 2010 have gone under 40 points. This one will be another under.

The Raiders are three point favorites at home with a 34 point total. Bet the under here as both offenses have been looking for a rhythm lately.
